Near Term

0-12 months

  1. Reliability first: Harden autonomous patrols, obstacle avoidance, and AI verification for low‑false‑alarm performance.
  2. User trust & privacy: Ship clear controls (retention, access, deletion), keep facial recognition opt‑in, and finalize compliance.
  3. Core platform: Refine app UX for live view, event history, and incident reporting; optimize cloud storage with 30–90‑day retention.
  4. Go‑to‑market: Target single-family homeowners as initial market; run proof‑of‑value pilots and establish subscription baselines.

Mid-Term

12-24 months

  • Coverage expansion: Increase patrol range and environmental resilience; add smarter behaviors (loitering, perimeter breach, pursuit mode)
  • Deterrence toolkit: Enhance two‑way talk, lights, siren sequences; validate optional tagging mechanism in controlled pilots.
  • Ecosystem integrations: Geofencing with leading smart‑home platforms; secure sharing of incident summaries with property managers.
  • Geography: Prepare and certify for United States (FCC/Part 15), scale support operations. Expand to more cities and networked communities (neighborhoods, gated communities).

Long-Term

24+ months

  • Neighborhood mesh: Link multiple units for overlapping patrol routes, shared alerts, and coordinated deterrence.
  • Adaptive AI: On‑device models that learn property patterns to reduce nuisance alerts and escalate faster on real threats.
  • Community dashboards: Area‑level heatmaps, trends, and evidence continuity for post‑incident tracking (privacy‑preserving).
  • Platform extensions: Modular hardware options and partner devices that broaden sensor coverage while keeping automation central.
  • Pursue other verticals: businesses, condos, retail centers, and other commercial integrations.
